Fulgencio Chesus hit a great ball. Real Matador Cordobes's Braulio Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Rey in the 13th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Angostura AFC's David Dabi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Braulio Joseph. That made the score 2-0 after 15 minutes of play. Braulio Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Dabi in the 19th minute of play. The throw-in from Fulgencio Chesus in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Angostura AFC's David Dabi. Eloy Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Martino in the 23rd minute of play. Real Matador Cordobes's Braulio Joseph proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Real Matador Cordobes from getting a goal against them. Modesto Magdaleno's late challenge caught a Angostura AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Magdaleno helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Angostura AFC booed when Real Matador Cordobes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Magdaleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Godofredo Martino made a precise shot to the right of Eloy Txomin. Angostura AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ovidio Rey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Braulio Joseph having to make a save. Mario Demario was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Angostura AFC! Fulgencio Chesus placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ovidio Rey was the one to do the kick off. Ovidio Rey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Braulio Joseph read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. During the 84th minute of the match Modesto Magdaleno completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Modesto Magdaleno a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Modesto Magdaleno hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Tancredo in the 85th minute of play forced Real Matador Cordobes's goalkeeper Braulio Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Angostura AFC fully deserved thier win.
