The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Silbestre got free with Filiberto Ferdinand in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th match minute, Futbol Club Fuentes . was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Harkaitz to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Barea in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filiberto Ferdinand saved Futbol Club Fuentes . from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Barea in the 44th minute of play forced Futbol Club Fuentes .'s goalkeeper Filiberto Ferdinand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club Fuentes .'s Benedicto Lander got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gonzalo Barea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Zeledon Silbestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Ferdinand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match, Rogelio Sayveon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nicolas Lauaxeta was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 57 played minutes Club Falkner got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Mundo. Filiberto Ferdinand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo Barea went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 78th match minute, Club Falkner was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Ulizes to maneuver through the defense. After 81 minutes of play, Club Falkner's Gonzalo Barea made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filiberto Ferdinand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Futbol Club Fuentes .'s Filiberto Ferdinand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Barea in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Barea in the 92nd minute of play forced Futbol Club Fuentes .'s goalkeeper Filiberto Ferdinand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Club Falkner fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Falkner fully deserved thier win.
