After 19 minutes, Virgilio Colas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the I-tal Livity and the Los Andes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, I-tal Livity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Colas to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Escobar's late challenge caught a Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Escobar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, Antonio Escobar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernabe Hanot got free with Christian Alebom in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Freddy Bernaldo made a precise shot to the right of Christian Alebom. Los Andes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Christian Alebom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Tzenkov in the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Urbano Viator had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dario Chorche. I-tal Livity's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urbano Viator was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Bernabe Hanot fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored I-tal Livity's protests and gave Bernabe Hanot a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Los Andes booed when I-tal Livity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Hanot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Alebom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Hanot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes, Los Andes's Ruperto Kismi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dario Chorche came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Andes reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinicio Osasun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Urbano Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Los Andes's Ruperto Kismi got a free kick in the 59th minute. Los Andes's Christian Alebom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Escobar in the 61st minute of play. Antonio Escobar got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Antonio Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Vinicio Osasun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Hanot came free, but Christian Alebom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernabe Hanot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Erubiel Cordarrell took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Dario Chorche to make any attempt to save it. I-tal Livity made a substitution. Benito Aurre replaced Artemio Haritz. Roque Guifre struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Christian Alebom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for I-tal Livity. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernabe Hanot in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Alebom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Bernaldo in the 90th minute of play forced Los Andes's goalkeeper Christian Alebom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, I-tal Livity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Hanot in the 95th minute of play forced Los Andes's goalkeeper Christian Alebom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Andes were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over I-tal Livity's much stronger midfield.
