After some careless play in the Chipisca defense, Julio Ilixo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Cordara. The Chipisca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Cordara should have stopped the shot. When Mantero FC's Gaston Belarmo in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Leopoldo Lixandro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Jacinto Ruisko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Filomeno Rayman charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Rayman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaac Odol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Cordara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Gavino Martino kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Mantero FC's Gaston Belarmo got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Ruisko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Santos in the 39th minute of the match. Jacinto Ruisko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Ascencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Chipisca's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Belarmo came free, but Flavio Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Odol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaston Belarmo was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mantero FC's Jose Tiadoro got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaston Belarmo in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Cordara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacinto Ruisko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Olivar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Ruisko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Santos in the 75th minute of the match. Leopoldo Lixandro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
