The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cleto Elazar struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Gaston Elia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Drin Tin. A collision led to Sunte F.C getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Oscar Honrio hit a great ball. El Drin Tin's Santiago Geofredo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save El Drin Tin from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, El Drin Tin's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Ospin came free, but Santiago Geofredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Lucio Manilan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaston Elia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Sunte F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Honrio to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Elazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gaston Elia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alfredo Estebe fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunte F.C's protests and gave Alfredo Estebe a yellow card for diving instead. Alfredo Estebe hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amadeo Manuelo got free with Santiago Geofredo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the match, El Drin Tin's goalkeeper Santiago Geofredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeo Manuelo. 39 minutes into the game, one of El Drin Tin:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saturnino Ospin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Saturnino Ospin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santiago Geofredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Honrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Santiago Geofredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Ospin in the 57th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play, Sunte F.C's Oscar Honrio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Geofredo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 63 minutes, 曾威俊 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Drin Tin and the Sunte F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sunte F.C booed when El Drin Tin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. 曾威俊 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santiago Geofredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Ospin in the 65th minute of the match. Damian Mantzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Freddy Ciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Sunte F.C getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Alfredo Estebe hit a great ball. When Lucio Manilan fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Drin Tin's protests and gave Lucio Manilan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, one of El Drin Tin:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Drin Tin. After having played for 78 minutes, Saturnino Ospin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunte F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Ospin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santiago Geofredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Ospin in the 79th minute of the match. Oscar Honrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Geofredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Ospin in the 95th minute of play. Sunte F.C's Gaston Elia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Sunte F.C from getting a goal against them. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Sunte F.C were victorious despite being under pressure from El Drin Tin for much of the match.
