After a defensive mix-up in Charbonier's zone, Fernan Chabier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Llorienzo came out of the goal and Fernan Chabier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Ovidio Edur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RODO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half RODO were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rigoberto Cordarrel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Esteve Tuste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amancio Odilon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Ekialde in the 58th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Charbonier's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Cordarrel came free, but Miguel Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Everardo Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Gilen during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of RODO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Charbonier:s goal. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Charbonier. Ambrosio Calvet stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Amancio Odilon. 1-1. In the 84th minute, Everardo Ekialde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Charbonier fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Everardo Ekialde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 98 minutes into the match, Charbonier's Pascual Betadur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amancio Odilon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benito Bero kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. With his leg Miguel Llorienzo managed to avoid a goal in the 100thth minute, when RODO's Fernan Chabier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Charbonier's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
