Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Victor Rubio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Victor Rubio came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Saladillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Rubio couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute Fidel Malvin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Saladillo made a substitution. Uriel Jaizki replaced Fidel Malvin. In the 6th match minute, Sarmiento de Junín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlitos Tevez to maneuver through the defense. Cléber Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cléber Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sarmiento de Junín's Cristian Serapio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Rubio in the 20th minute of play. Cristian Serapio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Rubio's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Laureano Firmin charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laureano Firmin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Sarmiento de Junín. Cléber Salgado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Radoslaw Leper. 1-0. A collision led to Sarmiento de Junín getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Cléber das Neves hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Victor Rubio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Serapio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cléber Salgado was the one to do the kick off. After 58 played minutes Saladillo got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Gil. Victor Rubio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 61st playminute. Victor Rubio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Cristian Serapio made a huge save. In the 76th match minute, Saladillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Norino to maneuver through the defense. Radoslaw Leper came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Sarmiento de Junín's Ermegildo Orlandus. But to his dismay, Ermegildo Orlandus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Victor Rubio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Cristian Serapio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento de Junín's Carlitos Tevez got a free kick in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Salgado in the 93rd minute of play forced Saladillo's goalkeeper Radoslaw Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Uriel Jaizki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saladillo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The Sarmiento de Junín support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
