Amado Castel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Orlando Arano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Cresitobalo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes club atlético alumni got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Abar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Epifanio Abar made the kick off in the second half. Epifanio Abar kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Blas Tano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Castel, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Amado Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Abar got free with Arnulfo Ramond in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, Norberto Mederi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnulfo Ramond, 2-1. In the 87th minute of the match Hipolito Jago shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blas Tano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Norberto Mederi came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the club atlético alumni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Mederi couldn't finish the play.
