Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Phil Cobb got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Oier during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ambrosetti getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Simon Oier hit a great ball. Santos Montrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Fabiano Novaes's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Simon Oier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Rafel having to interfere. Ambrosetti's Phil Cobb got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Wincent Absolwent notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta's Hilario Rafel. Hilario Rafel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute Jonas Goi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Montrel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Goi went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Hilario Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Oier in the 29th minute of play. Hilario Rafel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Absolwent in the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Oier came free, but Hilario Rafel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta defense, Simon Oier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Rafel. The Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Rafel should have stopped the shot. Jonas Goi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celso Bizi hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Goi to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Ambrosetti defense, Radu Toma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santos Montrel. The Ambrosetti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santos Montrel should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta's goalkeeper Hilario Rafel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Oier. In the 60th minute, Celso Bizi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta's Jonas Goi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta's Hilario Rafel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Wincent Absolwent took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Hilario Rafel to make any attempt to save it. Hilario Rafel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Matro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Luís Fabiano Novaes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santos Montrel was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Radu Toma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta's supporters rose to their feet, but Radu Toma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santos Montrel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Celso Bizi came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Bizi couldn't finish the play. Jonas Goi struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Santos Montrel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nvo.CENTRAL NORTE Salta. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ambrosetti eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
