If Sixto Elia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 minutes, Sixto Elia made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Olivia's Jonas Atauri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After a rather tough play, Olivia's Isidro Oinatz got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Vicente Gagriel made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Atauri. Olivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Manhattan FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Ruben Bastiaro scored to the left of an out of position Tobias Frasco, making the score, 3-2. In the 59th minute Danilo Elizardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Frasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Olivia getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Horacio Bermudo hit a great ball. In the game's 64th minute Manhattan FC's Sixto Elia took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Jonas Atauri and thus the score was 4-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Bastiaro got free with Tobias Frasco in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the match, Manhattan FC's goalkeeper Tobias Frasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Rius. Sixto Elia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olivia's Jonas Atauri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Elia in the 82nd minute of play. Jonas Atauri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Eduino in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Manhattan FC's Sixto Elia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Atauri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Manhattan FC's Tobias Frasco got control of the ball when Angelo Rius tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Olivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriana Palos to maneuver through the defense. Olivia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
