Ezequiel Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Louis in the 17th minute of the match. Ezequiel Fagildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Louis in the 28th minute. In the 29th match minute, MALVINAS ARGENTINAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Lore to maneuver through the defense. Miticos Atetic Club's Angelo Mark got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Fagildo came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Miticos Atetic Club's Raul Louis. But to his dismay, Raul Louis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcinho Quaresma got free with Ezequiel Fagildo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Miticos Atetic Club booed when MALVINAS ARGENTINAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agenor Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 minutes, Pastor Aurre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MALVINAS ARGENTINAS and the Miticos Atetic Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Pastor Aurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Conrado Senen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Senen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Mark took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ezequiel Fagildo. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rene Chale to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Delmar Bembe got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 60th minute Raul Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Louis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 67 minutes into the match, MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Louis came free, but Ezequiel Fagildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Erubiel Gorosti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ezequiel Fagildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 72 minutes into the match, Raul Louis notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Ezequiel Fagildo. Ezequiel Fagildo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roque Erroman hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Segundo Lore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miticos Atetic Club the free kick. A collision led to MALVINAS ARGENTINAS getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Segundo Lore hit a great ball. Erubiel Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ezequiel Fagildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Raul Louis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Fagildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 88th minute Raul Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Delmar Bembe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conrado Senen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Perrando having to interfere. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
