In the 15th minute Sebastian Ricart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ettore Giannetta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ettore Giannetta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Burni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Claris kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Dionisio Calvino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ettore Giannetta skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Stanislao got free with Cléber Damião in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Los Wachibonitos got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Ugaitz. In the 26th minute, one of Los Wachibonitos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Wachibonitos. In the 33rdth minute of the game Sebastian Ricart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Wachibonitos's Ettore Giannetta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Lobos Athletic Club's Dionisio Calvino got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Felipe Claris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejandro Stanislao struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Cléber Damião didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Wachibonitos. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Wachibonitos's goalkeeper Ettore Giannetta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
