The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Perspicasia. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Corderun made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Jonatan Corderun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Tuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Policarpio, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Jonatan Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Tuste having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ferreyra FC defense, Ildefonso Aurre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseo Etxepare. The Ferreyra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseo Etxepare should have stopped the shot. Many of Ferreyra FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ferreyra FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Club Atletico Perspicasia were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
