Antonio Mino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ildefonso Aurre went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Club Atletico Perspicasia booed when Goya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Burni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Eustaquio Ayala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Peyo in the 23rd minute of play forced Goya FC's goalkeeper Antonio Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Goya FC's Antonio Mino got control of the ball when Ciro Firman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 27 played minutes Club Atletico Perspicasia got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Brion. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Atletico Perspicasia! Ildefonso Aurre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Antonio Mino made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Augusto Dolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goya FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Dolfo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Tuste breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Goya FC's Antonio Mino got control of the ball when Ildefonso Aurre tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Froilan Peyo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Goya FC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Lucila. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Orzaize in the 59th minute of play forced Goya FC's goalkeeper Antonio Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Memnun Uca could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Enrique Tuste however easily saved by the left post. Antonio Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Peyo in the 66th minute of play. Memnun Uca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Enrique Tuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Orzaize hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Goya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Peyo came free, but Antonio Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Atletico Perspicasia! Enrique Tuste had in the 86thth minute some difficulties stopping Augusto Dolfo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Memnun Uca got free with Enrique Tuste in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Augusto Dolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Memnun Uca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Tuste came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Goya FC's Augusto Dolfo. But to his dismay, Augusto Dolfo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Goya FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Atletico Perspicasia.
