After a rather tough play, LOS MUCHACHOS's Moises Garaona got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Tomás Donio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Rico having to interfere. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Mariano Elorri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Rico. LOS MUCHACHOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Elorri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tomás Donio struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Aaron Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Alb0 Fc. Nick Gøthche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Matteo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Roque Eguntsenti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Errapel in the 28th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Dante Matteo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Eguntsenti skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matías Romero to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomás Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Aaron Rico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matías Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Eguntsenti having to interfere. If Nick Gøthche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to LOS MUCHACHOS getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Matías Romero hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes LOS MUCHACHOS got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Gorri. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benito Aresti during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Matías Romero took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Eguntsenti. Roque Eguntsenti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Despite being the better team, El Alb0 Fc failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
