Cesar Bernat came out of the goal and German Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Defferrari FC booed when Compostela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Compostela's German Franco in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eusebio Romildo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesar Bernat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Lizer in the 27th minute. German Franco scored 1-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesar Bernat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute German Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Defferrari FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Romildo came free, but Cesar Bernat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes Defferrari FC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Quirce. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Franco in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Bernat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the match, Defferrari FC's goalkeeper Cesar Bernat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Franco. 48 minutes into the game, German Franco lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Cesar Bernat. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
