Fernando Asur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilberto Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Gartzea having to interfere. The supporters of Catarata de goles booed when Chimichanga A.S was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Eliazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Txurio hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Artemio Jakobe made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Asur. Catarata de goles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ivan Mantzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Guipuzkoa in the 41st minute of play forced Catarata de goles's goalkeeper Fernando Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Catarata de goles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Chap to maneuver through the defense. After a long run with the ball, Artemio Jakobe did a trick in the 44th minute in front of Catarata de goles's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-2.
