After some careless play in the Malutron FC defense, Anier Satordi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldemar Steinberg. The Malutron FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldemar Steinberg should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Andres Iratxo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Malutron FC's Nicanor Honrio got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 25 minutes, Anibal Jon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malutron FC and the Alastuey FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anibal Jon kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Alastuey FC's Angel Froila tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Andres Iratxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Raphael having to interfere. Gerardo Raphael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres Iratxo in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Malutron FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Ourente came free, but Waldemar Steinberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anier Satordi scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waldemar Steinberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Waldemar Steinberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Satordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Malutron FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Criston came free, but Waldemar Steinberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Maximino Criston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Steinberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Tomas Ourente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Steinberg. Malutron FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Ourente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After the first half Alastuey FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres Iratxo made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Malutron FC's Felipe Mede got a free kick in the 57th minute. Anier Satordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerardo Raphael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Iratxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 64 minutes, Albano Uxio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alastuey FC and the Malutron FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Malutron FC booed when Alastuey FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Uxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Jon kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Andres Iratxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Raphael having to interfere. If Carlos Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Maximino Criston fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alastuey FC's protests and gave Maximino Criston a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th match minute, Alastuey FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Criston to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Steinberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 84th minute of the match, Maximino Criston tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Waldemar Steinberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Carlos Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Andres Iratxo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Raphael was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3.
