Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ovejería FC's Alberto Blanco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Espartillar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Albino Silviano. 8 minutes into the match, Castillo Laguno notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ovejería FC's Teobaldo Gartzea. Teobaldo Gartzea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Salvador Cebo sped through Ovejería FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teobaldo Gartzea. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Goren in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teobaldo Gartzea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Espartillar AFC's Edgard Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Blanco in the 32nd minute of play. Alberto Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Edgard Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Blanco in the 35th minute of play. Emiliano Orlin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Edgard Munio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 46 minutes, Salvador Cebo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espartillar AFC and the Ovejería FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Espartillar AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Salvador Cebo hit a great ball. The Ovejería FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Espartillar AFC were winning 0-2.

Espartillar AFC's Aldo Gaizko was substituted for Jonathan Goren. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aldo Gaizko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Teobaldo Gartzea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Celino in the 55th minute of play. Alberto Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Edgard Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Alberto Blanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Salvador Cebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aldo Gaizko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Teobaldo Gartzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, Emiliano Orlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ovejería FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Orlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Orlin in the 87th minute of play forced Espartillar AFC's goalkeeper Edgard Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ovejería FC's Everardo Nalo got a free kick in the 91st minute. Emiliano Orlin hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 96thth minute of the game Emiliano Orlin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Espartillar AFC's Edgard Munio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teobaldo Gartzea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Castillo Laguno in the 98th minute of the match. Espartillar AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
