Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rene Alfonso kicked off to start the match. When Narciso Marz fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aluminé's protests and gave Narciso Marz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of elsimio booed when Aluminé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Marz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Francho came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by elsimio's Flavio Abadia. But to his dismay, Flavio Abadia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, Godfredo Hegoi made a precise shot to the right of Haroldo Guipuzkoa. elsimio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Godfredo Hegoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aluminé's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Hegoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Guipuzkoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodolfo Erruki's late challenge caught a elsimio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo Erruki helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Flavio Abadia put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Raul Francho. After a defensive mix-up in Aluminé's zone, Eduardo Rubio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raul Francho came out of the goal and Eduardo Rubio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio Abadia in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raul Francho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Godfredo Hegoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Godfredo Hegoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aluminé's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfredo Hegoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haroldo Guipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Alfonso in the 35th minute of play. Raul Francho didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when elsimio's Flavio Abadia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Abadia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led elsimio's Arsenio Erramu to fire away a dangerous shot which Raul Francho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 58 played minutes Aluminé got a freekick which was hit by Siro Marko. Aluminé's Narciso Marz got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Rene Alfonso made a precise shot to the right of Haroldo Guipuzkoa. elsimio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Haroldo Guipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Hegoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind elsimio's goalkeeper Haroldo Guipuzkoa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Godfredo Hegoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Haroldo Guipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aluminé's Jose Txanton got a free kick in the 86th minute. Flavio Abadia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Raul Francho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The elsimio supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing elsimio would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
