Salsacate AFC's Cristoforo Toto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Salsacate AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 7th minute, Santiago Macias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Que Viva el Futbol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 10 minutes, Gustavo Heli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salsacate AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Heli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severiano Haritzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Corderun, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Que Viva el Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Papo came free, but Severiano Haritzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Salsacate AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Llanos came free, but Cristoforo Toto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Que Viva el Futbol booed when Salsacate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Leoiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Ulises Llanos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Que Viva el Futbol defense, Evaristo Papo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severiano Haritzeder. The Que Viva el Futbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severiano Haritzeder should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the game, Gustavo Heli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Severiano Haritzeder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute, Godofredo Nikola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Haritzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Papo in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Que Viva el Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Heli came free, but Severiano Haritzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulises Llanos kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonatan Corderun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Que Viva el Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Corderun came free, but Severiano Haritzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Que Viva el Futbol's Severiano Haritzeder got control of the ball when Gustavo Heli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evaristo Papo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Haritzeder having to interfere. Mauro Pedroso charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Pedroso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Que Viva el Futbol booed when Salsacate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gustavo Heli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafin Leoiar hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Salsacate AFC's Cristoforo Toto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Llanos in the 80th minute of play. Severino Hartz hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ulises Llanos took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristoforo Toto. Cristoforo Toto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. If Zacarias Cordarrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Que Viva el Futbol players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
