Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emilio Chap started the match with the kick off. Emilio Chap scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Niva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the game, one of Cortaderas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the Cortaderas defense, Jonas Demario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haroldo Niva. The Cortaderas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haroldo Niva should have stopped the shot. Jonas Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Niva having to interfere. Haroldo Niva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Chap, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Carlos Lon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Domingos Quintyn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Domingos Quintyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Uzuri in the 28th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Engranaje FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Salomon. Haroldo Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Demario in the 31st minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Cortaderas's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Demario came free, but Haroldo Niva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Lon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th match minute, Cortaderas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Iturri to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes, Engranaje FC's Manuel Jerold shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Haroldo Niva came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Engranaje FC reached it. Domingos Quintyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Jusepe in the 42nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Carlos Lon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cortaderas's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Lon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingos Quintyn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inocencio Jusepe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Domingos Quintyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Lon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Inocencio Jusepe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domingos Quintyn came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cortaderas's Carlos Lon. But to his dismay, Carlos Lon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Domingos Quintyn came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Cortaderas's Inocencio Jusepe. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Jonas Demario sped through Cortaderas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haroldo Niva. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Lon in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Quintyn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domingos Quintyn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Lon's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 67 minutes of play, Cortaderas's Inocencio Jusepe made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingos Quintyn was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Cortaderas's Carlos Lon in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Engranaje FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80th minute Emilio Chap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Inocencio Jusepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Quintyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Jusepe might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Quintyn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Inocencio Jusepe ran back to his position shaking his head. Emilio Chap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
