Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maximo Sancho got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Mati y Luli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Satordi to maneuver through the defense. Dario Esquipula, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Mati y Luli's Cipriano Dolcet got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 13th minute, Ranqueles's Aurelio Mingo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Venancio Orlo. Venancio Orlo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Ranqueles getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dario Esquipula hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Feliberto Lamberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justo Veremundo. Ranqueles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliberto Lamberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Mati y Luli's goalkeeper Venancio Orlo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Txerran. In the 24th match minute, Mati y Luli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Lamberto to maneuver through the defense. With 29 minutes on the clock, Vinicio Satordi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mati y Luli! Venancio Orlo had in the 31stth minute some difficulties stopping Dario Esquipula's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Dario Esquipula managed to, on his own, get straight through Mati y Luli's defense and in the 31st minute placed the ball to the left of Venancio Orlo. 2-1. Venancio Orlo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. Ranqueles's Justo Veremundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Sancho in the 37th minute of play. Venancio Orlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Gamus in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute Aurelio Mingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Orlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Mati y Luli's goalkeeper Venancio Orlo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Txerran. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Leon Richie who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Justo Veremundo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Maximo Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Justo Veremundo came out and tried to block the shot, but Maximo Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 4-3 in the 65th minute. A collision led to Mati y Luli getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Cipriano Dolcet hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Richie got free with Justo Veremundo in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Justo Veremundo made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Maximo Sancho sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the game, Cipriano Dolcet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mati y Luli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ranqueles the free kick. In the 80th minute Amancio Diagur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Orlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th match minute, Ranqueles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Raphael to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Dolfo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Dolfo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ranqueles booed when Mati y Luli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Dolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venancio Orlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Erlantz, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Mati y Luli's Venancio Orlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Diagur in the 96th minute of play.
