Baraquiel Cotarelo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Tonga's zone, Elias Termander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Natal came out of the goal and Elias Termander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Keijo Grahn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Zeledon Natal made a huge save. Feliberto Astudillo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zeledon Natal came out and tried to block the shot, but Feliberto Astudillo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. Keijo Grahn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Zeledon Natal made a huge save. In the 17th match minute, Deportivo Tonga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Lauaxeta to maneuver through the defense. After 19 minutes, Mauro Guib mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Tonga and the Colipulli AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 21 minutes into the match, Deportivo Tonga's goalkeeper Zeledon Natal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliberto Astudillo. Feliberto Astudillo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Zeledon Natal 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amdi Koppenberg in the 29th minute of play forced Colipulli AFC's goalkeeper Justino Txindoki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justino Txindoki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amdi Koppenberg's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Feliberto Astudillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Zeledon Natal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Justino Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amdi Koppenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Colipulli AFC booed when Deportivo Tonga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keijo Grahn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Natal having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Feliberto Astudillo made the kick off in the second half. Zeledon Natal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Pirro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Colipulli AFC's Efrain Qwinton got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Faustino Roderigo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Natal skillfully saved the ball. Zeledon Natal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Ellande went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Zeledon Natal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Astudillo in the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to Deportivo Tonga getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Haroldo Boni hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Eduardo Ellande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colipulli AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Ellande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Natal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zeledon Natal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliberto Astudillo went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Mauro Guib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colipulli AFC made a substitution. Iker Jaizki replaced Eduardo Ellande. Justino Txindoki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amdi Koppenberg in the 86th minute. Deportivo Tonga's Zeledon Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Astudillo in the 88th minute of play. Feliberto Astudillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Zeledon Natal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Tonga players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Colipulli AFC.
