Javier Claude tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilario Mark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Orlo having to interfere. Tafí AFC's Tobias Gelacio got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Tafí AFC's Gaspar Mendiko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Claude narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Mark in the 24th minute of play forced Tafí AFC's goalkeeper Fausto Orlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaspar Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Orlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Mark, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Hilario Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rossi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Mark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fausto Orlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Janpier in the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Oscar Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Tobias Gelacio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Javier Claude. That made the score 1-0 in the 38 minute of play. Javier Claude made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Gaspar Mendiko sent off a good shot on target. Benito Arlo scored 1-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Orlo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Delmar Jakobe made a kick off. Hilario Mark received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fausto Orlo came out and tried to block the shot, but Hilario Mark slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 58th minute. Nicasio Bastiaro's late challenge caught a Tafí AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Bastiaro helped the player get up and apologised. Nicasio Bastiaro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute of the match, Aldo Ekhi sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Javier Claude showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Fausto Orlo went to the wrong direction when Roque Florin was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Tafí AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Mark came free, but Fausto Orlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Orlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Tafí AFC's Fausto Orlo got control of the ball when Teo Janpier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaspar Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Arlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rossi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
