Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Delmar Jakobe started the match with the kick off. Tafí AFC's Fausto Orlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Lluterio in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mariano Roano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Orlo was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Delmar Jakobe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Erasto having to interfere. Tafí AFC's Delmar Jakobe got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmar Jakobe struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Anastasio Erasto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tafí AFC. Tobias Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Orlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Abarca in the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Tlon booed when Tafí AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Mendiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Silverio Abarca fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tlon's protests and gave Silverio Abarca a yellow card for diving instead. When Delmar Jakobe came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tafí AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Jakobe couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Delmar Jakobe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anastasio Erasto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Gelacio in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dionisio Froylan was the one to do the kick off. Anastasio Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Balesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tafí AFC booed when Tlon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Indartsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Tlon's Eriberto Lluterio got a free kick in the 61st minute. Tafí AFC's Fausto Orlo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Tafí AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute Dionisio Froylan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Orlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrosio Balesio struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Anastasio Erasto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tafí AFC. In the 78th minute, Gaspar Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delmar Jakobe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anastasio Erasto having to make a save. In the 81st minute, Tafí AFC's Fidel Urtsua seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fidel Urtsua the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tafí AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fidel Urtsua had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 81 minutes into the game, one of Tafí AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Tlon's Marcial Farias got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fausto Orlo. Gaspar Mendiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Erasto having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Gaspar Mendiko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tafí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspar Mendiko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Erasto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobias Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Erasto having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Tlon were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Tafí AFC side.
