An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Chuan in the 4th minute of play forced Industrial's goalkeeper Andres Oihan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clodoveo Urtsua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerardo Ebardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Vedia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Lixandru came free, but Gerardo Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Ebardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clodoveo Urtsua in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Nestor Chuan made a precise shot to the right of Andres Oihan. Industrial's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Clodoveo Urtsua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Gerardo Ebardo managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Industrial's Clodoveo Urtsua fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Kemen in the 41st minute of play forced Vedia AFC's goalkeeper Gerardo Ebardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Ebardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Chuan hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Gerardo Ebardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After some careless play in the Industrial defense, Narciso Chus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Oihan. The Industrial fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Oihan should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Raimundo Pere kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Lixandru in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerardo Ebardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Vedia AFC's Narciso Chus got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Clodoveo Urtsua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 82 minutes, Clodoveo Urtsua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Industrial's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Urtsua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeremias Ariando was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd match minute, Industrial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 尤西凌 to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Industrial's Andres Oihan got control of the ball when Nestor Chuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vedia AFC's Hermengildo Harriet got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Vedia AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vedia AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
