The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Blasi got free with Ciro Vergaray in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Assunta's Ciro Vergaray got control of the ball when Fidel Blasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Los Rengos FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Rene Casomiro hit a great ball. Ulises Hechter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 唐桦洲 in the 29th minute of play. Filomeno Francho kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Assunta's Ciro Vergaray got control of the ball when Fidel Blasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodrigo Osasun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ciro Vergaray made a huge save. When Silvano Diegotxe fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Rengos FC's protests and gave Silvano Diegotxe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th match minute, Los Rengos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Francho to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Los Rengos FC were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Assunta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cosme Bortzaioriz took the corner. 57 minutes into the match, Los Rengos FC's Rene Casomiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciro Vergaray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Assunta's Filiberto Rafel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Francho in the 74th minute of play forced Assunta's goalkeeper Ciro Vergaray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Los Rengos FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Assunta for much of the match.
