Desiderio Jorrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Boca Juniors's Ariel Rito got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandro Lonzo's late challenge caught a Jardón AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Lonzo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Alejandro Lonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ariel Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Rito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natalio Cibran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, one of Jardón AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jardón AFC. When the match had been going on for 35 minutes, Boca Juniors's Ariel Rito got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Natalio Cibran. Ildefonso Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Desiderio Jorrin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Jorrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Gartzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 48 minutes, Anier Mederi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jardón AFC and the Boca Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jardón AFC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Anier Mederi hit a great ball. If Ariel Rito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ildefonso Gartzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Jorrin having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, Boca Juniors's Tadeo Lastur made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Natalio Cibran was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guido Fraco's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Guido Fraco hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Jardón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Rito came free, but Natalio Cibran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Lore hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Boca Juniors's Cleto Eli was substituted for Samuel Honesto. Lázaro Lore kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Julian Martxel hit a great ball. Desiderio Jorrin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bruno Truylos. In the 97th minute, Tadeo Lastur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Boca Juniors's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
