In the 3rd minute, Anacleto Iratze made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Lon. Ham AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Leon Nuxila's late challenge caught a Ham AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Nuxila helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes Invalid Name got a freekick which was hit by Leon Nuxila. After having played for 11 minutes, Ubaldo Remigio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ham AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Remigio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gregorio Benino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Lon was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Baldomiro Chinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Romelio having to interfere. Gregorio Benino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Gregorio Benino made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Lon. Ham AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Jairo Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Chinto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnoldo Romelio. Baldomiro Chinto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Baldomiro Chinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Romelio having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Arnoldo Romelio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Anacleto Iratze came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Invalid Name fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anacleto Iratze couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute Baldomiro Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Romelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Romelio came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Ham AFC's Baldomiro Chinto. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Chinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
In the 52nd minute, Invalid Name's Gregorio Benino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Lon. Carlos Lon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Carlos Lon made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Anacleto Iratze sent off a good shot on target. Anacleto Iratze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Carlos Lon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Iratze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Lon having to interfere. The supporters of Invalid Name booed when Ham AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Cai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomiro Chinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Arnoldo Romelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Ham AFC's goalkeeper Carlos Lon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anacleto Iratze. Arnoldo Romelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Remigio in the 75th minute of the match. Ubaldo Remigio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Arnoldo Romelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ham AFC's zone, Anacleto Iratze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Lon came out of the goal and Anacleto Iratze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anacleto Iratze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Carlos Lon made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Gregorio Benino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Lon. The goal made the score 2-4. The Invalid Name supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Invalid Name would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
