When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Eleuterio Baristo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Erasmo Matei. 7 minutes into the match, Lastenia's goalkeeper Enzo Merexildo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dante Dalmai. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Barros in the 8th minute of play forced Lastenia's goalkeeper Enzo Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Reno in the 10th minute of the match. Mauricio Reno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Erasmo Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erasmo Matei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Javiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benicio Dolfos charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benicio Dolfos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lastenia getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Benicio Dolfos hit a great ball. Mauricio Reno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauricio Reno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Gavino Javiar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lastenia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Benjamin Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpachiri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Merexildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marciano Oliviero came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enzo Merexildo could save by the left post. In the 44th minute, Alpachiri FC's Benjamin Barros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Enzo Merexildo. Enzo Merexildo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. With a little luck, Lastenia's Enzo Merexildo got control of the ball when Marciano Oliviero tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin Barros was the one to do the kick off. Mauricio Reno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Matei having to interfere. Gavino Javiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Erasmo Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lastenia made a substitution. Damaso Eron replaced Gavino Javiar. After a rather tough play, Lastenia's Andrzej Posadzki got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Marciano Oliviero made a precise shot to the right of Enzo Merexildo. Lastenia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 76th minute, Rolando Serapio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dante Dalmai fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alpachiri FC's protests and gave Dante Dalmai a yellow card for diving instead. Dante Dalmai hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 90th match minute, Alpachiri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Dalmai to maneuver through the defense. Lastenia's Mauricio Reno got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Marciano Oliviero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpachiri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Oliviero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
