Teobaldo Etxeberri hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Silverio Maraman made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, KOSMOS F.C.'s Ildefonso Efraim got control of the ball when Arturo Edwardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Silverio Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes, KOSMOS F.C.'s Pedro Mannuel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteve Guillelmo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KOSMOS F.C. reached it. Esteve Guillelmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Fernan Silvanito made a precise shot to the right of Esteve Guillelmo. Boca Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When the referee blew the final whistle, KOSMOS F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite Boca Juniors having more of the ball for most of the match.
