Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Modesto Telesforo kicked off to start the match. When Ramon Gaztea came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the CA River Plate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Gaztea couldn't finish the play. Pascual Raymon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, Betania's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Gaztea came free, but Nicasio Gudesteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Quintyn hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Baltasar Indalecio came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Betania's Venancio Nahia. But to his dismay, Venancio Nahia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Raymon in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicasio Gudesteo saved Betania from getting behind. CA River Plate's Mateo Primo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pascual Raymons short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Nicasio Gudesteo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Baltasar Indalecio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Nahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to CA River Plate getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Arturo Gonzales hit a great ball. Betania's Nicasio Gudesteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Raymon in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Betania's zone, Arturo Gonzales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Gudesteo came out of the goal and Arturo Gonzales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute of the match, Mateo Primo sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Nicasio Gudesteo showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Nicasio Gudesteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Raymon, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The CA River Plate players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Betania were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pascual Raymon was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Pascual Raymon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicasio Gudesteo. Betania's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascual Raymon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 56th minute, Modesto Telesforo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Baltasar Indalecio. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 59th minute Benjamin Leheren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Indalecio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicasio Gudesteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Raymon in the 61st minute of the match. With a little luck, CA River Plate's Baltasar Indalecio got control of the ball when Venancio Nahia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascual Raymon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Modesto Telesforo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baltasar Indalecio. That made the score 1-4 in the 71 minute of play. Baltasar Indalecio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Telesforo in the 77th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Mateo Primo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pascual Raymon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Gudesteo having to interfere. Baltasar Indalecio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Telesforo in the 87th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Benjamin Leheren took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Baltasar Indalecio to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Betania had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
