A hard shot by Gervasio Benet from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Jaime Bidari's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Desmochado FC's goalkeeper Angelo Urki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Carboni AFC's Jaime Bidari got control of the ball when Uriel Cordarius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Bidari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Salvadore in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Elvio Guillem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Desmochado FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carboni AFC the free kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingo Peru to strike the kick off in the second half. If Uriel Cordarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Jaime Bidari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Cordarius in the 60th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Uriel Cordarius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jaime Bidari was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Melchor Salvadore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Edgard Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingo Peru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Angelo Urki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Jurgi kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Desmochado FC booed when Carboni AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Koldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgard Cebrian hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Melchor Salvadore put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jaime Bidari. Uriel Cordarius hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. A hard shot 81 in the game by Rosendo Urdaspal from a close distance when the talented Angelo Urki managed to make a qualified save. Desmochado FC's players were relieved. Melchor Salvadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Bidari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Salvadore in the 93rd minute of play. Desmochado FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
