Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arnaldo Nel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Marquez having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, Martin Bingen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quimilí AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copacabana the free kick. In the 8th minute, Martin Bingen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Copacabana's Arnaldo Nel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodoro Marquez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arnaldo Nel struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Teodoro Marquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copacabana. Teodoro Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Nel in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Quimilí AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Nel came free, but Teodoro Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Copacabana getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gregorio Rios hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes Copacabana got a freekick which was hit by Jose Ortzi. With a little luck, Copacabana's Delmar Kusko got control of the ball when Freddy Heli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Copacabana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Rios to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Quimilí AFC's zone, Arnaldo Nel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Marquez came out of the goal and Arnaldo Nel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the game, Copacabana's Arnaldo Nel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodoro Marquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quimilí AFC's goalkeeper Teodoro Marquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 51 played minutes Cayetano Aimar rounded Quimilí AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. 55 minutes into the game, Cayetano Aimar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teodoro Marquez. Cayetano Aimar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Arnaldo Nel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Teodoro Marquez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 62nd minute, Copacabana's Jose Ortzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teodoro Marquez. Teodoro Marquez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. After 64 played minutes Cayetano Aimar rounded Quimilí AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. In the 68th match minute, Quimilí AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Mark to maneuver through the defense. Freddy Heli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Delmar Kusko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Copacabana's Delmar Kusko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Oalo in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Quimilí AFC's Herminio Argi got a free kick in the 75th minute. The supporters of Copacabana booed when Quimilí AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Bingen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Quimilí AFC's zone, Arnaldo Nel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Marquez came out of the goal and Arnaldo Nel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Copacabana's Arnaldo Nel in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quimilí AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Arnaldo Nel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quimilí AFC's Teodoro Marquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rodolfo Cordera kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Nel got free with Teodoro Marquez in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hipolito Chesus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Marquez having to interfere. Arnaldo Nel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Arnaldo Nel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Arnaldo Nel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copacabana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Nel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Copacabana could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Quimilí AFC throughout the match.
