The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dante Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. A hard shot 11 in the game by Lisandro Quinto from a close distance when the talented Rigoberto Marques managed to make a qualified save. Racing Club's players were relieved. Lisandro Quinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Rigoberto Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Dante Abarca. Lisandro Quinto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Rigoberto Marques when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Dante Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Benino in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Benino in the 22nd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Rigoberto Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Rigoberto Marques managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when El Equipo del Apache AFC's Lisandro Quinto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Laureano Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rigoberto Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of El Equipo del Apache AFC booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Mikolas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laureano Benino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet as Lisandro Quinto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rigoberto Marques. That made the score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Racing Club! Racing Club:s Rigoberto Marques showed great skill when he stopped Uriel Urtungo:s penalty. In the 41st minute, Uriel Urtungo made a precise shot to the right of Rigoberto Marques. Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 48th minute of the match Narciso Llorenc shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabricio Ponc showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beloslav Paskalev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Racing Club's Fabricio Ponc threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Beloslav Paskalev, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dante Muno's late challenge caught a Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Muno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th match minute, El Equipo del Apache AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Muno to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Silvestre Servando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to El Equipo del Apache AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Cleto Rudolfo hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eloy Sugar during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th match minute, El Equipo del Apache AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Sugar to maneuver through the defense. Beloslav Paskalev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Quinto in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Dante Muno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Equipo del Apache AFC's Fabricio Ponc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beloslav Paskalev in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Lisandro Quinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rigoberto Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Servando in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Haroldo Rocio hit a great ball. Rigoberto Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Benino, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. El Equipo del Apache AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
