Venancio Mantzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasio Tusk in the 21st minute of play. Venancio Mantzio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elias Edorta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Stasio Tusk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DIOS F.C's Venancio Mantzio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Domingo Tuste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Dagfinn Engdal made a huge save. With an all-out effort, DIOS F.C's Dagfinn Engdal threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Armando Baladi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Tusk in the 78th minute of play forced DIOS F.C's goalkeeper Venancio Mantzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bartolo Laurgain fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DIOS F.C's protests and gave Bartolo Laurgain a yellow card for diving instead. Bartolo Laurgain kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to DIOS F.C getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Bartolo Laurgain hit a great ball. DIOS F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
