In the 12th minute, Borys Cwenar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramon Abeijon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ramon Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Utku Demirel in the 17th minute of the match. When Gonzalo Burni fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jugadores Jovenes Jodidos's protests and gave Gonzalo Burni a yellow card for diving instead. Gonzalo Burni kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Utku Demirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ramon Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Madeo got free with Julian Telo in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Utku Demirel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramon Abeijon having to make a save. Valentin Donzel hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Nicanor Vergaray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. The wind increased when Valentin Donzel made the kick off in the second half. Julian Telo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Madeo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Nicanor Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Telo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Telo came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Jugadores Jovenes Jodidos's Ruben Madeo. But to his dismay, Ruben Madeo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Utku Demirel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 68th minute. River Plate's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Borys Cwenar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ramon Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonzalo Burni hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Faustino Maore managed to get in a good position for a shot. River Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustino Maore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramon Abeijon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Jugadores Jovenes Jodidos's goalkeeper Ramon Abeijon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Borys Cwenar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Utku Demirel in the 85th minute of play forced Jugadores Jovenes Jodidos's goalkeeper Ramon Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramon Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Utku Demirel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borys Cwenar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Ramon Abeijon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Utku Demirel came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the River Plate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Utku Demirel couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded River Plate left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jugadores Jovenes Jodidos.
