In a very dangerous position, a player in Correo Oficial fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 2nd minute. Penalty! Ricardo Lucila had in the 3rdth minute some difficulties stopping Timothy Lay's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 6th minute, Manuel Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Lucila was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Marcial Txurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ricardo Lucila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Zbyszek Dawiec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Bartoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timothy Lay, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Manuel Rocha struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ricardo Lucila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester City AFC. 23 minutes into the match, Manchester City AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Dawiec came free, but Esteve Bartoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Lucila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothy Lay in the 25th minute of play. Correo Oficial's Ricardo Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timothy Lay in the 31st minute of play. Manchester City AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Zbyszek Dawiec scored to the left of an out of position Esteve Bartoli, making the score, 1-1. In the 42nd minute Amado Osorio suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 42 minutes, Zbyszek Dawiec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Correo Oficial and the Manchester City AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Manchester City AFC made a substitution. Cirilo Donzel replaced Amado Osorio. Zbyszek Dawiec hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Ricardo Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Lay in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Rocha to make the kick off. When Correo Oficial's Efrain Ciano in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manchester City AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Manuel Rocha scored 1-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Lucila, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Esteve Bartoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Ciano in the 68th minute of the match. If Zbyszek Dawiec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Correo Oficial booed when Manchester City AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Obeko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efrain Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Bartoli having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Manchester City AFC's Cristobal Dantae got a free kick in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Correo Oficial's Ricardo Lucila got control of the ball when Manuel Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Correo Oficial's goal looked a bit too open when Timothy Lay came free, but Ricardo Lucila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute of the match, Claudio Obeko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ricardo Lucila saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hipolito Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Manuel Rocha took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Ricardo Lucila to make any attempt to save it. Manuel Rocha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Ricardo Lucila made a huge save. After 97 played minutes Manchester City AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Txurio.
