He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hubbart reached it. In the 17th minute, Hector Jurgi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Aquiles Iban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Osvaldo Jakue made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Vedillo. Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Osvaldo Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvaldo Jakue made a kick off. Hubbart's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Club the free kick. Racing Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Osvaldo Jakue scored to the left of an out of position Miguel Vedillo, making the score, 2-3. When Osvaldo Jakue came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Hubbart fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Jakue couldn't finish the play. Gualterio Bemabe came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's Omar Isidor. But to his dismay, Omar Isidor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Thanks to some nice moves Aureliano Senio could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Miguel Vedillo however easily saved by the left post. Omar Isidor might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gualterio Bemabe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Omar Isidor ran back to his position shaking his head. Osvaldo Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hubbart's David Nicholas got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aquiles Iban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Osvaldo Jakue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Vedillo having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
