Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nemesio Medina started the match with the kick off. Carolo Niguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Eyague in the 4th minute of play. Carolo Niguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Egoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Geronimo Polo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, independiente's Nicasio Urdin threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Silvestre Abastas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nicasio Urdin came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by independiente's Felipe Saturnin. But to his dismay, Felipe Saturnin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Nemesio Medina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicasio Urdin was a little too slow when Rene Lastur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. Nicasio Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilson Berger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carolo Niguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Remigio in the 30th minute of the match. Carolo Niguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Egoi in the 37th minute of play. independiente's Carolo Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Raymon in the 39th minute of play. Rene Lastur's late challenge caught a Glew FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rene Lastur helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Glew FC booed when independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Lastur didn't get a good kick on the ball. independiente's Saturnino Eskuin was substituted for Silvestre Abastas. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Raymon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, independiente's goalkeeper Carolo Niguel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uriel Remigio. After a rather tough play, Glew FC's Uriel Remigio got a free kick in the 61st minute. The audience was convinced that Edgard Raymon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carolo Niguel was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Carolo Niguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Raymon in the 66th minute of the match. Uriel Remigio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Carolo Niguel made a huge save. Nicasio Urdin came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by independiente's Nemesio Medina. But to his dismay, Nemesio Medina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. independiente's Felix Hermelando was substituted for Conrado Soter. Carolo Niguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Raymon in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Raymon in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carolo Niguel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zacarias Barea kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Carolo Niguel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 90th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pastor Rufio. 92 minutes into the match, independiente's goalkeeper Carolo Niguel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacobo Egoi. Carolo Niguel was a little too slow when Edgard Raymon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 3-1. independiente's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
