Gogo Gilesindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eulalio Olivar having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Sport Dog's goalkeeper Eulalio Olivar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Cidro. 10 minutes into the match, Udaquilla's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Silban came free, but Bonifacio Pudes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Elpidio Cidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Olivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Gilesindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Eulalio Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Cidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Sport Dog's Eulalio Olivar got control of the ball when Elpidio Cidro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, one of Sport Dog:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaudencio Silban in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bonifacio Pudes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Cidro got free with Eulalio Olivar in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Gogo Gilesindo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A hard shot 38 in the game by Elpidio Cidro from a close distance when the talented Eulalio Olivar managed to make a qualified save. Sport Dog's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Nicholas in the 45th minute of play forced Sport Dog's goalkeeper Eulalio Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bonifacio Pudes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Cidro to make the kick off. Nicanor Pes charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicanor Pes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicanor Pes hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Bonifacio Pudes made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Aristides Martino sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 62 minutes, Gaudencio Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sport Dog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Silban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romulo Eufemio hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Elpidio Cidro made a precise shot to the right of Eulalio Olivar. Sport Dog's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Bonifacio Pudes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Silban, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sport Dog's zone, Gogo Gilesindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eulalio Olivar came out of the goal and Gogo Gilesindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Udaquilla's Raimundo Carlomagno suffered a concussion after 77 minutes and had to leave the field. After 77 minutes, Felipe Gil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sport Dog and the Udaquilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. 83 minutes into the match, Elpidio Cidro notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sport Dog's Eulalio Olivar. Eulalio Olivar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elpidio Cidro in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eulalio Olivar saved Sport Dog from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Prospero Dalmu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 95 minutes, Elpidio Cidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Udaquilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Cidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
