In the 20th minute of the match Ezequiel Tallia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelino Jaunzuria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Pampita FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Alfredo Micael hit a great ball. Silvestre Sugoi struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Tiburcio Evangelista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pampita FC. Venancio Daunte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Evangelista having to interfere. In the 40thth minute of the game Venancio Daunte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azul y Oro FC's Tiburcio Evangelista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Azul y Oro FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Evangelista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Azul y Oro FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Venancio Daunte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Silvestre Sugoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Evangelista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvestre Sugoi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 49th minute Isaac Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Jaunzuria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Cristo Figueroa made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Figueroa in the 54th minute of play forced Pampita FC's goalkeeper Marcelino Jaunzuria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Venancio Daunte in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Evangelista saved Azul y Oro FC from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Azul y Oro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Daunte came free, but Tiburcio Evangelista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Pampita FC were awarded a corner. Jesus Nuno went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 63rd match minute, Azul y Oro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Gines to maneuver through the defense. After 67 played minutes Azul y Oro FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Niva. In the 72nd minute Silvestre Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Evangelista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Jaunzuria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Figueroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Azul y Oro FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Oliveiro. When Silvestre Sugoi came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Pampita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvestre Sugoi couldn't finish the play. Silvestre Sugoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Evangelista having to interfere. After 86 played minutes, Pampita FC's Florencio Honesto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tiburcio Evangelista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pampita FC reached it. Marcelino Jaunzuria was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Isaac Jaunti. Pascual Eduino kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Sugoi in the 93rd minute of play forced Azul y Oro FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Evangelista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pampita FC fully deserved thier win.
