The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Maule helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, En octubre se van's Patricio Maule got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Pringles's Everardo Lapurdi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Emeterio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filomeno Duardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Quilino having to interfere. The wind increased when Geronimo Goiz made the kick off in the second half. Cecilio Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Lapurdi in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Pringles's Everardo Lapurdi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cecilio Emeterio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The supporters of Pringles booed when En octubre se van was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Breogan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pringles's goalkeeper Mario Quilino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Everardo Lapurdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jaime Etxeberri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pringles's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Etxeberri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Emeterio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Etxeberri in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cecilio Emeterio saved En octubre se van from getting behind. After some careless play in the En octubre se van defense, Everardo Lapurdi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Emeterio. The En octubre se van fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Emeterio should have stopped the shot.
