Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cuyoj AFC's Mauricio Nofre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ruperto Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute Mauricio Nofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Adrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Alfonso Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Ted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauricio Nofre's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Patricio Adrio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Melo's Patricio Adrio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Melo from getting a goal against them. Leonides Mouricio kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Cuyoj AFC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Leonides Mouricio hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Aurelio Gervaso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cuyoj AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 41 played minutes Cuyoj AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Mouricio. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruperto Gelacio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patricio Adrio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauricio Nofre's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 53rd match minute, Melo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Naelio to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Nofre in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patricio Adrio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patricio Adrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Nofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Aurelio Gervaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauricio Nofre in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patricio Adrio saved Melo from getting behind. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cuyoj AFC! Leonides Mouricio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Adrio having to interfere. Alfonso Tonete took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimiro Ted. Vladimiro Ted dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Patricio Adrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Gervaso in the 85th minute of the match. Patricio Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Gervaso in the 88th minute of play. A hard shot by Hermengildo Gasteiz from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Vladimiro Ted's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Cuyoj AFC's Aurelio Gervaso got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
