Feliberto Burutzagi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rene Elija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Emenon in the 10th minute of the match. Paulo Cordara's late challenge caught a Escalada Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Cordara helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes ARG-CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Cordara. Feliberto Burutzagi scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Elija, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Paulo Cordara could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Andres Javiero however easily saved by the left post. Feliberto Burutzagi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Cordara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Javiero having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Escalada Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Fresco to maneuver through the defense. When Escalada Futbol Club's Feliberto Burutzagi, in the 34th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Escalada Futbol Club. The supporters of Escalada Futbol Club booed when ARG-CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Gaspard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliberto Burutzagi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the ARG-CLUB defense, Severo Emenon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Elija. The ARG-CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Elija should have stopped the shot. Teo Atauri hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The ARG-CLUB players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Escalada Futbol Club were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliberto Burutzagi to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulo Cordara struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Andres Javiero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARG-CLUB. In the 53rd minute of the match Fabian Leper shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Elija showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 54 played minutes Escalada Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Severo Emenon. Severo Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rene Elija tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Albano Virila fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARG-CLUB's protests and gave Albano Virila a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Escalada Futbol Club's Feliberto Burutzagi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After 62 played minutes ARG-CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Cordara. Severo Emenon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Rene Elija made a huge save. Feliberto Burutzagi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Emenon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Elija having to interfere. Andres Javiero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonso Misael's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. If Severo Emenon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Burutzagi in the 96th minute of play forced ARG-CLUB's goalkeeper Rene Elija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Escalada Futbol Club played a much better game than ARG-CLUB and deserved their victory. The ARG-CLUB players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
