Benedicto Chap might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manjani Glaukia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Chap ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilfredo Vellito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Silvio Pelagius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Mosca Blanca's goal looked a bit too open when Ortiz Xavalera came free, but Silvio Pelagius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chong Lee's Wilfredo Vellito got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chong Lee's Manjani Glaukia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Chong Lee from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Chong Lee's Geronimo Loi got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Loi during the 36th minute. After 47 minutes, Maximo Henry mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mosca Blanca and the Chong Lee players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Benedicto Chap's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manjani Glaukia was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Silvio Pelagius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Aztore in the 62nd minute of play. Emanuel Aztore was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some careless play in the Mosca Blanca defense, Faustino Perez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvio Pelagius. The Mosca Blanca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvio Pelagius should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Chong Lee's Emanuel Aztore slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvio Pelagius. That made the score 0-5 after 71 minutes of play. With a little luck, Mosca Blanca's Silvio Pelagius got control of the ball when Ortiz Xavalera tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chong Lee walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
