After having played for 11 minutes, Cristobal Koldobika managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chachapoyas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristobal Koldobika was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herminio Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Yiğit Can Akbayrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Mon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirilo Izel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Tajo in the 26th minute of play. Iker Tajo took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cirilo Izel. Cirilo Izel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cirilo Izel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Colon in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Iker Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Izel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cirilo Izel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Ferrando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Izel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iker Tajo's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Filomeno Magdaleno took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yiğit Can Akbayrak. Yiğit Can Akbayrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Cirilo Izel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Tajo in the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Iker Tajo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cirilo Izel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Mon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Chachapoyas FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cristobal Koldobika hit a great ball. Cirilo Izel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Colon in the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pirata Fc.'s Alexandre Alves got a free kick in the 65th minute. Yiğit Can Akbayrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Mon in the 69th minute of play. After some careless play in the Chachapoyas FC defense, Eduardo Mon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yiğit Can Akbayrak. The Chachapoyas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yiğit Can Akbayrak should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Pirata Fc.'s zone, Cosme Colon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Izel came out of the goal and Cosme Colon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iker Tajo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Cirilo Izel made a huge save. Eduardo Mon struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Yiğit Can Akbayrak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pirata Fc.. Generoso Lidon's late challenge caught a Pirata Fc.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Lidon helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Chachapoyas FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pirata Fc.:s goal. Filomeno Magdaleno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Yiğit Can Akbayrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Chachapoyas FC's Cosme Colon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cirilo Izel. Cirilo Izel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. 93 minutes into the match, Pirata Fc.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Colon came free, but Cirilo Izel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cirilo Izel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iker Tajo in the 98th minute. Chachapoyas FC's Yiğit Can Akbayrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Gelmiro in the 101st minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chachapoyas FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
