Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Freddy Lucado started the match with the kick off. Hilario Jusepe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Enrique Matei made a huge save. Enrique Matei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Jerrald, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 8 played minutes, Banfield2's Baltasar Roldan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teofilo Rioja came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Banfield2 reached it. A collision led to Banfield2 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Freddy Lucado hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Enrique Liberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Banfield2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Nabar during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Banfield2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Nabar to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Jusepe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Enrique Matei made a huge save. After some careless play in the Banfield2 defense, Julio Ledesma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Matei. The Banfield2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Matei should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Lucado in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofilo Rioja saved Oriente AFC from getting behind. Teofilo Rioja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Lucado in the 37th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oscar Jerrald during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Oriente AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Jerrald. Teofilo Rioja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. During the 47th minute of the match Oscar Jerrald completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Oscar Jerrald a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Banfield2 booed when Oriente AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Jerrald didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Enrique Liberto struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Teofilo Rioja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Banfield2. The supporters of Oriente AFC booed when Banfield2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Jusepe in the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Banfield2's zone, Hilario Jusepe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Matei came out of the goal and Hilario Jusepe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Julio Ledesma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hilario Jusepe came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Oriente AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Jusepe couldn't finish the play. Banfield2's Enrique Matei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Jusepe in the 77th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Enrique Liberto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Freddy Lucado did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Teofilo Rioja 78 minutes into the match. Oriente AFC's Teofilo Rioja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Oriente AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Jusepe in the 88th minute of play forced Banfield2's goalkeeper Enrique Matei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Banfield2's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Aritza came free, but Enrique Matei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Banfield2's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Mitxel came free, but Enrique Matei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Although Oriente AFC had been in control for most of the match, Banfield2 still came away with the win.
