Rompelomo FC's Ivan Lizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Juvenal in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Rompelomo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Lope came free, but Ivan Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Iker Gilen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rompelomo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Silípica the free kick. Iker Gilen kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 17th match minute, Rompelomo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Pagomari to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rompelomo FC's Paulo Reyes got a free kick in the 19th minute. Ivan Lizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Ospin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Pil in the 24th minute of play forced Rompelomo FC's goalkeeper Ivan Lizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Silípica's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Pagomari came free, but Bernardino Quico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Lizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars-Erik Pil, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Silípica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Pascual Pagomari scored to the left of an out of position Bernardino Quico, making the score, 2-0. 41 minutes into the game, Izydor Zawada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rompelomo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Silípica the free kick. After 41 played minutes Rompelomo FC got a freekick which was hit by Izydor Zawada. Ivan Lizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Ospin, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute of the match Rompelomo FC got a corner. Silípica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ruperto Berbiz ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 65th minute Nicasio Tiso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Quico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Juvenal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivan Lizar came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomás Juvenal slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 72nd minute. Juan Seme hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Rompelomo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Juvenal came free, but Ivan Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute Natalio Manni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Lizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Lizar having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Silípica failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
